I pay careful attention to customer requests, and strive to maintain close relationships with our teams and service providers to ensure the best possible service. One of my main tasks is handling project management. I’m constantly on the phone and sending emails about how the work is progressing and solving any problems that may come up. Being agile is an absolute necessity in order to deal with unexpected challenges and meet deadlines in a permanent sprint.
