Martina Guillard
Group HR Director
Martina assists the operational teams with the implementation of her chosen HR strategy. Besides handling daily administrative tasks, she attaches particular importance to developing the skills of TAP’s teams.
Her professional experience before joining TAP:
Martina spent the first 15 years of her career at Accor. She began as an HR project manager, and was promoted to Human Resources Manager after a year, first for Accor Services and then for the hotel division.
Her education:
2001: Master of Management and New Technologies, HR specialization, University of Panthéon-Assas Paris II.
1999: Palacký University Olomouc, Czech Republic
1997: NEBSM Management Certificate (Czech Republic)
