“I supervise the entire after-sales phase. It’s my job to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Every day I coordinate sales administration, paying special attention to what my team has to say. My team does everything in its power to optimize the sales process, from order receipt to invoicing. I also solve problems and disputes related to shipping, order errors, etc.
I like being on the front lines when decisions have to be made quickly with departments like logistics, marketing, or accounting.
Project and team management is the heart of my job.
