“I participate actively in the growth of the TAP Storage division by marketing equipment solutions that optimize our customers’ storage areas. I work in long distance sprint mode, with no set routine. I prospect at the office, in the field and within my networks by showcasing TAP and its products and teams. Besides turnover, one of my performance indicators is my prospect-to-customer conversion rate. Even after the order has been placed, I’m still the main contact for my clients, from staying on schedule to monitoring the worksite and the satisfaction analysis. My favorite part: hearing my customers say “thank you” and seeing them recommend us to their networks and associates. To my mind, that’s a real mark of trust that leads to recognition in a sector.”
