When a customer calls TAP, I am their first point of contact with the company. My main job is to help our customers. These days, customers want it all, right now. To provide customer satisfaction, I have to be proactive and offer them the equipment that best fits their needs. I treat each customer as my own personal customer. Building customer loyalty is a real achievement. I love a challenge, so my main goal is to make sales that leave my customers completely satisfied.
