“Ever since TAP established itself in Spain in 2007, I have been working with a small, ambitious local team to expand the subsidiary. I have a lot of autonomy, but TAP’s support teams are always there to help, particularly the team working under Charles, our Sales and Development Director. To me, the most important part of my job is managing my team and developing projects that help us achieve our business goals. Of course, I also ensure good administrative and financial management.
